Our Approach

We open every slab with a diamond grinder or a shot blaster rather than an acid wash, so the coating has real texture to hold onto. Before a price is final, a moisture test goes into the written scope, along with a map of the cracks, spalls and old coatings we found. If a slab needs repair or replacement before it should be coated, we say so, and when a garage slab is being poured new, we point to the village rules for that pour before anyone quotes a coating on it.

Products are chosen inside the Illinois VOC limits that bind the person applying them, and slip resistance is set by the broadcast and topcoat we specify.
